Playback Memphis presents Listening for a Change in partnership with Humanities Tennessee and Kindred Place 

Calling all mental health professionals, artists and Memphians invested in community well-being: Join Playback Memphis and Drama Desk award winning actor, artist and beatboxer Chesney Snow for Listening for a Change. This series of events includes engaging workshops, performances and community conversations. Come together with your community to explore new partnerships and pathways for mental health and healing through the arts.

  • Professional Development/ Artistic Training for Playback Memphis Ensemble members

  • A special Playback Memphis Memphis Matters performance with Chesney Snow + reflection and dialogue about the power of the arts to strengthen community well being, mental health, and social healing facilitated by Jennifer Balink of Kindred Place.
