When you look back at this time, what will you remember about how you chose to be? Discover Playback wisdom and tools that will help enhance wellness and resiliency in your personal or professional life.

Join Playback Memphis Ensemble Member Holly Lau to learn how to use the tools of Playback theatre to silence our inner critic.

In our daily lives, it can be difficult to not have an opinion about everything and everyone we encounter. Judgment is everywhere. However, can we suspend judgment at times? Can we see that our opinions are often just products of a habit that we don’t have to reinforce? We’ll answer these questions, and more, in this workshop. We will also consider how we can approach problems we encounter without judgment. You will be led in brief exploratory activities and have the opportunity to participate in reflections about what you learned.

Please note: This is not a performance.
